What do we do

We build awesome PC's to suit all price points. Gaming, Rendering, Production, Machine Learning, AI, Photography, Videography - and more! We've got systems to cover it all!

How do we achieve our prices

Most of our systems feature primarily new components. Our speciality however and our means of providing you with the best price possible, is to leverage our traded-in components to be able to bring epic prices to the table. All traded-in parts are tested thoroughly for stability, temperatures, presentation and we only use components of a high standard. Our systems ship with a 12M warranty as standard for your peace of mind. Every one of our systems goes through rigorous stress testing before making its way to you. We don't want our PC's coming back!

Warranty?

Our system's carry a variety of warranty periods. Please check each individual listing. Our Return to Base warranty covers all components and labour in the event of failure. Please check the product description of each system to see what warranty period applies. Manufacturer's also often offer much longer warranty period which we are happy to help facilitate in the event of component failure outside of our warranty period. Please note, there are exceptions to our warranty cover. Please see the 'Warranty Exclusions' section for more info.

Warranty Exclusions

1. Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or abuse, including but not limited to water damage, dropping the PC, or using it in extreme environments. This also includes exposure to excessive cigarette smoke and vape vapour.
2. Modifications or alterations to the PC that are not in line with normal PC use.
3. Use of non-approved components or accessories that were not specifically designed for the PC, including 3rd party cable extensions.
4. Normal wear and tear of the PC, including cosmetic damage or scratches.
5. Software issues or problems caused by viruses or other malicious software.
6. Failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions for use, maintenance, and care of the PC.
7. Acts of God, including lightning strikes, earthquakes, and other natural disasters.
8. Damage caused by power surges or electrical problems.
9. Any damage caused during shipping or handling of the PC.
11. Loss of data, including but not limited to personal files, software programs, or other digital content.


Shipping details

We are able to ship nationwide and also offer a free pickup option. All systems are shipped with void fill, a drop sensor and fragile warning labels to ensure your system arrives safe and sound.

Payment Options

We currently accept cash, bank deposits, paypal, credit card, afterpay and laybuy.

Returns details

Items can be returned in original packaging within 7 days for a refund less a 20% restocking fee. Change of mind refunds are not provided. Faulty goods can be sent back to our store for repair/replacement within warranty periods.

Is the Warranty transferrable?

If the system is on-sold, the warranty is not transferrable.
